Refund Policy

At Oli Publishing, we take pride in the quality of our books and the care we put into every order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
 

Returns

We accept returns of physical books within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at olipublishing@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

• Digital products (e-books or downloadable content).

• Books that are damaged after delivery or show signs of use.

• Sale or clearance items.

Refunds
 

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us with photos of the damage at olipublishing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
