At Oli Publishing, we’re committed to delivering your books safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping for your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within Singapore and select international locations.

Within Singapore: 3–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs and postal services in your country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@olipublishing.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
